The present invention relates to a composition for diagnosing dysfunctions of vascular endothelial cells, which uses a KCa2.3 channel protein; a kit for diagnosing dysfunctions of vascular endothelial cells, which comprises the composition; an information providing method for diagnosing dysfunctions of vascular endothelial cells, which uses the composition or kit; and a screening method for a material which induces dysfunctions of vascular endothelial cells or improves functions of vascular endothelial cells. By measuring and comparing expression levels of caveolin-1, clathrin, Rab5C, EEA1, and KCa2.3 channel according to the present invention, dysfunctions of vascular endothelial cells can be diagnosed, thus enabling early diagnosis of vascular diseases.
