Provided are a system and a method for providing biosignals of a pregnant woman and a fetus using a biosignal sensing module to which an energy-harvesting technology linked to an event log of a smartphone, whereby quality of life may be improved by: monitoring and storing the biosignals of the pregnant woman and fetus, for n seconds, on the biosignal sensing module using n electrodes employing the energy-harvesting technology and the event log of the smartphone (n pieces of log information including walking, a position change, a speed change, a call log, and a sensing log); and sending the biosignals to the smartphone via a short-range wireless network such that a transmitted biosignal log (n pieces of biosignal information including an electrocardiogram, a heart rate, a fetal electrocardiogram, a fetal heart rate, a blood pressure, oxygen saturation (SpO^2), body temperature, a voice, and a video) is stored on the smartphone and a cloud server and converted into a log image comprising videos, still images, and subtitles; and visualizing the converted log image and each log on a smartphone application and the cloud server so as to automatically keep a record of health management and daily activities of the pregnant woman and fetus and of individuals.
