The present invention relates to a discoloration resistant antibacterial PVC pipe resin composition with excellent breaking resistance and a PVC pipe manufactured therefrom. More specifically, the present invention relates to a discoloration resistant antibacterial PVC pipe resin composition with excellent breaking resistance providing a PVC pipe which improves breaking resistance of the pipe by using a polysiloxane gel that gives scratch resistance and nano-calcium carbonate that improves impact resistance, which is capable of obtaining an equal antibacterial effect although a very small amount of an antibacterial agent is used compared to a silver-based antibacterial agent formed in a form of a mixture of silver and an existing non-eluting zeolite by using a silver-based antibacterial agent formed in a form of a mixture of silver and a silicate (containing sodium and calcium ions) having elution properties with respect to water, and which has excellent marketability by solving a discoloration problem that is a problem of an existing non-eluting antibacterial agent, and the PVC pipe manufactured from the discoloration resistant antibacterial PVC pipe resin composition. The discoloration resistant antibacterial PVC pipe resin composition of the present invention comprises: 0.02 to 0.1 part by weight of an inorganic antibacterial agent in which a silicate containing sedum or calcium ions is mixed with silver ions, 0.1 to 2 parts by weight of a polysiloxane gel, 1 to 10 parts by weight of nano-calcium carbonate having a particle diameter of 20 to 80 nanometers, 0.01 to 0.1 part by weight of a composite surfactant, and 1 to 10 parts by weight of a calcium carbonate filler having a particle diameter of 1 to 3 microns; and 2 to 8 parts by weight of a calcium-based thermal stabilizer, 1 to 2 parts by weight of a wax-based processing aid, and 2 to 5 parts by weight of a MBS-based impact modifier with respect to 100 parts by weight of a PVC resin.
