The present invention relates to a dynamic cell parameter based red blood cell membrane fluctuation rate inspection method and a digital holographic microscope used in the same, wherein the dynamic cell parameter based red blood cell membrane fluctuation rate inspection method comprises: a modeling step of modeling a three-dimensional image with respect to a red blood cell to be inspected; and a fluctuation rate measurement step of measuring a red blood cell membrane fluctuation rate through the three-dimensional image. According to the present invention, the dynamic cell parameter based red blood cell membrane fluctuation rate inspection method can more easily measure a red blood cell membrane fluctuation rate by modeling a three-dimensional image with respect to a red blood cell to be inspected and measuring the red blood cell membrane fluctuation rate through the three-dimensional image.
