The present invention relates to a method of adsorbing a dye and a recombination blocking agent by an electrodeposition method, and an organic-inorganic hybrid solar cell produced therefrom, which significantly shortens the processing time (conventionally 24 hours invention 0.5 Hour), it is possible to manufacture a working electrode having uniform dye adsorption amount even in the continuous production process, and the efficiency of the solar cell can be improved.
