摘要
The present invention relates to genes of Sanderia malayensis corresponding to a rise in the seawater temperature and a method for predicting physiological or metabolic changes in Sanderia malayensis by using the same. More specifically, double greater times of changes in the expression of 50 genes in a sea water exposure experiment group at 25C, 30 genes in a sea water exposure experiment group at 26C, and 59 genes in a sea water exposure experiment group at 28C are confirmed through a microarray analysis using the Sanderia malayensis genes. 112 genes except overlapping ones have expression amounts changing due to the exposure stress from the rising water temperature in the inspection. The genes can be utilized as biomarkers to confirm the exposure to rising seawater temperature and useful for predicting the massive occurrence of jellyfish due to the physiological or metabolic changes thereof.
