The present invention relates to a reinforced structure of an insulating membrane and a hull connection part and an insulation system having the reinforced structure. The system installs interval maintenance members that are mastic or resin rope to maintain regular interval between a second insulating layer and an inner hull thereof, and installs a reinforced insulation member into an empty space between the interval maintenance members, thereby playing a role of buffering and supporting sloshing load when the sloshing is exerted. Therefore, deformation and a shear of Bottom Plywood of the second insulating layer and damage of the interval maintenance members can be effectively prevented so as to improve the effects of insulation of a storage tank and to effectively prevent leaking of liquefied natural gas.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
