The present invention relates to a translation database establishing platform through a cartoon based on crowd sourcing which comprises an image display unit for displaying a cartoon image; a letter input screen capable of inputting a translation letter corresponding to a letter group in the cartoon image displayed in the image display unit; a translation display unit for displaying translations previously translated by various translators corresponding to the letter group in the cartoon image displayed in the image display unit; a recommendation input unit for assigning a recommendation value or a non-recommendation value to each of the translations in the translation display unit; and a situation value input unit for inputting a situation value of the cartoon image displayed in the image display unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
