In a prescription medicine envelope including an electronic tag for managing health and lonely death, the electronic tag is printed on one end of an inlet of the prescription medicine envelope and a patient and prescription contents are commonly recorded in the electronic tag together with medical clinic and pharmacy computing systems. A disconnection record of the electronic tag is notified as a medicine tacking fact when cutting the one end of the prescription medicine envelope for taking medicines so that it is checked that the patient rightly takes the medicines according to a prescription. A core component includes (1) the electronic tag printed on one end of the prescription medicine envelope, (2) an electronic tag printer for printing the electronic tag on the one end of the prescription medicine envelope in an automatic medicine packing unit, (3) electronic tag computing systems of a medical clinic and a pharmacy, and (4) a smart phone of the patient and an electronic tag recognition means and a recognition application management program installed in the smart phone. Accordingly, the patient can systematically and accurately take the medicines and the abuse of the medicines can be prevented.
