The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a NaA zeolite separation membrane. The method comprises: a first step which injects alpha alumina balls, molecular sieves, and distilled water in order, wet grinds the same for 24 hours at 200 rpm, removes precipitates by centrifugation of the same at 6000 rpm at 4°C, takes a supernatant and dilutes water to manufacture a seed crystal; a second step which uses a vacuum filtering seed crystal coating device to coat the seed crystal formed in the first step on a surface of a separation membrane support body, dries the same and manufactures a support body to which the seed crystal is attached; a third step which adds an Al solution to an Si solution slowly, ages the same at a constant stirring speed and temperature, and manufactures a hydrothermal solution; and a fourth step which uses the separation membrane support body having the seed crystal attached, and the hydrothermal solution manufactured by the aging process for 24 hours at 25°C to perform a hydrothermal synthesis, cleans the hydrothermal-synthesized separation membrane with distilled water to remove moisture, and stores the same at a room temperature. Accordingly, the present invention provides effect of forming a plurality of NaA zeolite separation membrane having higher selectivity level and transmission as a module to be used with water, such that a separation membrane module in a different property is not be needed and ethanol and water can be stably separated.
