The present invention relates to a doer-based distribution/parallel simulation acceleration system and method, in which property, behavior, and environment of doer models in doer-based distribution/parallel simulation is analyzed, and doers having a lot of transactions are allocated to the maximally same local simulation node, to reduce communication traffic between simulation nodes, thereby reducing communication and synchronization load for rapid simulation. The doer-based distribution/parallel simulation acceleration system comprises: a global node unit; and a local node unit.
