BUSINESS MODEL SYSTEM TO PROVIDE RANKING INFORMATION OF HEAD HUNTING COMPANY

Disclosed is a business model system to provide ranking information of a head hunting company, capable of searching ranking of a head hunting company including a search firm and a head hunter. To this end, the system comprises an employment and job seeking server includes: an employment notice database to store an employment notice including head hunter information and employment information; an employment notice counting unit extracting the employment notice noticed within a predetermined period from an input date of ranking checking information from the employment notice database, analyzing the head hunter information to classify the employment notice into each head hunter, and analyzing the number of employment notices of each head hunter; a transaction result score generation unit to generate a transaction result score of each head hunter based on the number of employment notices of each head hunter; a list generation unit to generate a ranking list of the head hunters based on the transaction result score; and a control unit to transmit the ranking list to a user terminal transmitting the ranking checking information. According to the present invention, the number of employment notices accumulated for the latest predetermined period is counted and even if an existing employment notice is updated and listed again, the existing employment notice is considered as an identical employment notice and is not additionally counted; thus being able to discriminate results of each head hunter as the ranking based on the number of employment notices newly listed without duplication.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
