According to the present invention, in the classification of software, an MLD value based on an API included in an executable file of each software is calculated for a plurality of software not pirated or plagiarized. After generating a software filtering database to execute the classification of the plurality of software based on the MLD value, the MLD value calculated based on the API of classification target software is compared with the filtering database to more accurately determine a category of the classification target software, thereby reducing an overhead of a software filtering operation for detecting the piracy or plagiarism of the software.
