The present invention provides a system for integrating life research resource information in a marine and fisheries field and a method for the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system for integrating life research resource information in a marine and fisheries field includes: an integration server collecting life research resource information in a marine and fisheries field of each institution from an institution management center by being linked with the institution management center and performing a standardization work by using the life research resource information by the each institution collected, wherein the integrating server individually applies a globally unique identifier (GUID) to the life research resource information standardized; and an integrated database (DB) storing the life research resource information in the marine and fisheries field standardized and applied with the GUID.
