The present invention relates to a preliminary measures facility of forest fire or drought disaster caused by increase of global warming. People feel a serious increase in various types of disasters nowadays due to increase in global warming every time seeing and hearing news from various parts of the world. When drought damage to crops caused by the drought and the forest fire from all over the world out of the disasters occur, the disasters spread for a long time, causing a lot of damage to forest and destruction of houses so that great property damage is caused. Therefore, in the present invention, a super water tank is provided at a normal time, and water is supplied and stored by a helicopter or a pumping apparatus to minimize damage from disasters, wherein 50% of the water is supplied with sprinkler to sprinkle on sterile trees, and 50% is replenished with a 30,000 liter water tank to supply moisture to mountains and deserts.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
