The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device, a driving method thereof, a source driver integrated circuit including a switch circuit, and an operating method thereof. According to embodiments of the present invention, the organic light emitting display device comprises: an organic light emitting display panel in which subpixels are arranged, wherein each of the subpixels includes an organic light emitting diode, a driving transistor for driving the organic light emitting diode, a first transistor controlled by a first scan signal and electrically connected between a first node of the driving transistor and a data line, a second transistor controlled by a second scan signal and electrically connected between a second node of the driving transistor and a ground node, and a first capacitor electrically connected between the first and second nodes of the driving transistor; and a switch circuit for electrically connecting one of a first switch node to which a data voltage is input and a second switching node connected to an analog-digital converter, to the data line. According to embodiments of the present invention, characteristics of the organic light emitting diode and the driving transistor may be sensed and compensated in real time while displaying an image on a screen.
