The present invention relates to a health management system which collects and monitors health data of a user online, provides a user terminal with a monitoring result and recommended content according to the result, and induces a change in a lifestyle of a metabolic syndrome subject. According to the present invention, a monitoring result of health data is provided to a user terminal in real time to enable a user to check his or her personal health state or improvement trend in real time, and the user can use health points provided from the system as a usage fee for health improvement content of a private enterprise or a public institution, thereby reducing costs required for health management. Accordingly, the system of the present invention provides substantial and continuous health management by continuously monitoring health data of the user and supporting local community-related content to be used with points provided by the National Health Insurance Corporation. Also, a lifestyle of the user is improved to prevent metabolic syndrome from being deteriorated into a chronic syndrome or to palliate the deterioration, thereby reducing the burden of personal and national finances paid for treatment costs of chronic diseases.
