The present invention relates to a complex oxidation treatment apparatus for seawater fish farm wastewater, and a complex oxidation treatment method for seawater fish farm wastewater using the same. The complex oxidation treatment apparatus for seawater fish farm wastewater, installed in a seawater fish farm which stores supplied seawater and cultures seafood, comprises: a tubular reaction tank having an inflow path therein to introduce seawater discharged from a seawater fish farm; a chlorine injection unit installed in the tubular reaction tank, and injecting chlorine into the tubular reaction tank to remove antibiotics included in the seawater introduced into the inflow path or to sterilize the seawater; and an ultraviolet reaction unit for receiving the seawater passing through the tubular reaction tank to remove residual chlorine and the antibiotics included in the seawater, and emitting ultraviolet rays onto the seawater to sterilize the seawater again. According to the present invention, chlorine is injected into seawater discharged from a seawater fish farm to be reacted for a predetermined time, and ultraviolet rays are emitted onto the seawater, thereby removing not only antibiotics and harmful bacteria but also residual chlorine included in the seawater.
