The present invention relates to a production method of a nitrogen-doped TiO_2/graphene composite which is applicable to various fields such as eco-friendly materials or the like for obtaining air or water purification, antibacterial and deodorizing effects. The preparation method of the present invention comprises the steps of: (1) mixing graphene oxide with urea under a polar solvent; (2) injecting a titanium precursor into a mixture prepared in the step (1) to mix titanium precursor with the mixture; (3) performing a hydrothermal synthesis process on the titanium precursor-injected mixture of the step (2) to produce a composite; and (4) heat-treating the composite produced in the step (3). Therefore, the preparation method according to the present invention has an effect of enabling varieties of organic matters to be effectively decomposed by producing the nitrogen-doped TiO_2/graphene composite through mixing, hydrothermal synthesis and heat treatment of graphene oxide, urea and titanium precursor, thereby forming an excellent porous structure and reducing a band gap.
