The present invention relates to a conduction-cooling high-temperature superconducting coil, and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method comprises: a step of winding a high-temperature superconducting wire on a drum; a step of inserting the drum into a water tank in which a carbon coating solution is prepared to coat carbon on a surface of the high-temperature superconducting wire; and a step of performing heat treatment on the high-temperature superconducting wire coated with the carbon coating solution to form a carbon coating layer on the surface of the high-temperature superconducting wire. Accordingly, the carbon coating layer having high thermal conductivity and larger resistance than the high-temperature superconducting wire to retain an insulation property is coated on the high-temperature superconducting wire, and carbon solution coating is used to increase thermal conductivity by reducing a thickness of the carbon coating layer to allow rapid cooling.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
