The present invention relates to an investment management system using points and a method thereof. The system includes: an investment management server online publishing company information received from each company terminal and receiving investment requests; an affiliate server providing information about points produced in association with the investment management server and transmitting an investment request signal; and a personal terminal accessing the affiliate server to receive the information about points. An individual determines whether to invest some of his/her points and sends an intention of investment to the investment management system. The investment management system collects point assets and makes a substitute investment (or investment to funds through a clouding portal to create profits) and withdraws and distributes the capital according to the invested point rate when a profit is made, so as to allow a profitable investment using discardable points, thereby arousing a user′s interest.
