The present invention relates to a composite right/left-handed transmission line having an electrical length of 90 degrees at dual band operating frequencies (f1, f2), which sequentially and electrically connects a microstrip transmission line equivalently having a series inductor having an inductance (L_R) and a shunt capacitor having a capacitance (C_R), a series-connected capacitor having a capacitance (2C_L), a shunt-connected inductor having an inductance (L_L), a series-connected capacitor having a capacitance (C_L), a shunt-connected inductor having an inductance (L_L), a series-connected capacitor having a capacitance (2C_L), and a microstrip transmission line equivalently having a series inductor having an inductance (L_R) and a shunt capacitor having a capacitance (C_R), wherein a phase response of the composite right/left-handed transmission line in the dual band operating frequencies (f1, f2) is represented by the following equation.
