A polymer film comprising an easy-cut capsule is provided. The polymer film comprises: a support; a low elasticity embedded membrane embedded in the support and torn when a tensile force is applied to the support due to having lower elasticity than the support; and an embedded solution capsule formed on the embedded membrane, wherein the solution leaks into the embedded membrane when the embedded membrane is torn. The capsule according to the present invention can easily release the solution contained in the capsule or inject the reaction material into the capsule using the difference in elastic force.
