According to the present invention, a method of treating a growth regulator for producing a runner for raising strawberry seedlings, capable of treating a growth regulator including benzylaminopurine (6-BAP), which is a synthetic cytokinin class, through a foliage spray method for raising strawberry seedlings. Moreover, the growth regulator includes 900 mg of the benzylaminopurine (6-BAP) with respect to 1 L of distilled water. In addition, the foliage spray of the growth regulator is conducted on strawberries two times. The foliage spray is conducted once on strawberries, which have been for 4 weeks after being planted, and the foliage spray is conducted once on strawberries which have been for 2 weeks after being plated.
