The present invention relates to an SNP marker for predicting the number of underweight piglets of pigs and a method for predicting the number of underweight piglets using the same, and more particularly, to an SNP marker, a microarray, a kit, and a method for predicting the number of underweight piglets using the same, which show a correlation with the number of underweight piglets of pigs. Since the SNP provided by the present invention shows a high correlation with the number of underweight piglets, the SNP marker of the present invention can be used to predict the number of underweight piglets of pigs at an early stage through genetic testing.
