The present invention relates to an Internet of things (IoT) platform based integrated remote surveillance control system comprising: a preprocessing processor to preprocess state and measurement values collected from various kinds of sensor parts installed in a field facility, such as a substation, a wastewater processing facility, a livestock excretion processing facility, a biogas production facility, etc.; an HMI system to allow a remote manager to receive an analysis result of a field situation and transfer a control command to order a required countermeasure; and a surveillance control system connected between the preprocessing processor and the HMI system through a communication network (Internet). According to the present invention, to collect data from the field facility and perform remote surveillance, diagnosis, and control, the system includes a HMI data collection/operation/inquiry function, an HMI/FEP data link function, a server duplexing function, a data validity verifying function, a database management function, a process management function, a schematic diagram/point/alarm/user/trend/graphic editing function, a various point surveillance function, a report creation and screen printing function, a screen zoom-in/out function and the like so as to provide an effect capable of allowing a remote manager to integrally and efficiently manage the field facility.
