According to one embodiment of the present invention, a system for predicting and classifying a difficulty level of a program and a level of a programmer using biometric data comprises: a first biometric data detecting part which detects first biometric data that is data relating to measuring a brainwave of a programmer who performs programming using a brainwave measuring device; a second biometric data detecting part which detects second biometric data that is data relating to tracing eyes of the programmer using an eye tracing device; a data processing part which extracts a feature element of the brainwave and a feature element of the eyes, and repetitively learns patterns of the first biometric data and the second biometric data; and a classifying part which predicts and classifies a programming level of the programmer, and a difficulty level of the program by comparing the repetitively learned result with a label relating to a programming level of a pre-classified programmer and a difficulty level of a program used for the programming.
