The present invention relates to a novel cell line for measuring Orosomucoid 1-like 3 (ORMDL3), a composition including the same and a purpose thereof. The present invention relates to a cell line for measuring a respiratory inflammation continuously expressing pORMDL3-firefly_pCMV-renilla, which is capable of measuring whether a test substance is an inflammation causing substance and levels of inflammation of the test substance by comparing levels of the activity of an ORMDL3 promoter caused by the test substance. Moreover, the present invention is capable of continuously expressing a gene, which is designed to correct an error caused by a change of a cell survival rate, thereby facilitating comparison and more quickly and accurately measuring inflammation of the test substance.
