The present invention relates to a microbial medicine (powder). To induce the formation of enterobacteria similar to the same of breast-fed infants by supplying beneficial microorganisms of breast milk to bottle-fed infants (newborn babies, cesarean-born babies, and infants) who are not able to breast-feed, the microbial medicine is developed for conveniently using Lactobacillus gasseri J12P4 (KCTC 13067BP) and staphylococcus epidermidis J4P1 (KCTC 13066BP) separated from breast milk (including colostrum) of a Korean mother. To search for the antibiosis of Lactobacillus gasseri J12P4 (KCTC 13067BP) among the two microorganisms of the present invention, a growth suppression effect for Escherichia coli (ATCC 25922), which is a cause for enteritis, is confirmed through a test tube, and an enteritis suppression effect is confirmed through a medical experiment on a mouse.
