The present invention provides a consulting method for selecting a variety optimized for seed industry, agricultural products distribution industry, and food industry utilizing big data. The consulting method comprises the steps of: (a) securing big data by collecting information on weather data of a cultivation area, soil data of the cultivation area, consumer trend of a sales area, nutrition content of a variety, and characteristics of the variety; (b) selecting an optimal crop and the variety of the cultivation area at a specific location from the big data; (c) cultivating the crop and the variety on the cultivation area to evaluate performance of the crop and the variety; and (d) getting manualized evaluation information and providing the evaluation information to a cultivator through consulting when the performance of the crop and the variety in the cultivation area is evaluated.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
