Disclosed are a channel sign including an edge member, capable of securing durability against an external environment, and a manufacturing method of the channel sign. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the channel sign including an edge member installed on one side surface comprises: a content member having either or both of a corrugation and a through-hole for expressing advertisement content formed on an upper part, and having an edge thereof formed with an edge recess part; a light source member to emit light to the content member; and an edge member formed in a relatively lower position than that of the bottom of the content member. Moreover, the manufacturing method thereof comprises: a step of preparing a raw plate of the content member; a step of forming a content member having either or both of the corrugation and the through-hole formed on the upper part of the raw plate of the content member; a step of attaching the edge member onto an outer side surface of the content member; and a step of filling a filling solution in an inner space formed by the content member and the edge member and solidifying the same.
