The present invention relates to a network allocation method of a gateway in a wireless communication system where a first communication network and a second communication network are able to operate, which comprises the steps of: while a terminal is connected to the first communication network, receiving a session generation requesting message from a second mobility management entity related to a second base station operating the second communication network; using first connection information, which is generated in advance, to be connected to the first communication network and allocating second connection information for generating a bearer from the gateway to the second base station; and on the basis of the session generation requesting message, transmitting a session generation responding message comprising the allocated second connection information to the second mobility management entity. According to one embodiment of the present invention, since a 4G communication network and a 5G communication network are operated in a standalone way, dependency on a specific radio access technology (RAT) can be removed.
