The present invention relates to a sole of a shoe, and to a molding device thereof, more specifically, relates to a sole of a shoe, which can extend the lifespan of a shoe and keep a balance of a body during walking, by differentiating hardness between the inner side and the outer side of the sole of the shoe through non-foaming molding in order to improve durability of the shoe; and a molding device thereof. In addition, the sole of a shoe is formed on the bottom surface of the shoe, includes a sole outer side unit and a sole inner side unit on the bottom surface of the shoe which are divided respectively, and includes a slope unit in order to have a slope which increases towards the right side from the sole inner side unit to the sole outer side unit. The hardness of the sole outer side unit is formed to be different from the hardness of the sole inner side unit such that the hardness of the sole outer side unit is at least 1.5 times that of the sole inner side unit. Furthermore, the height of the sole outer side unit is 1-5 mm higher than that of the sole inner side unit.
