The present invention provides an eco-friendly mist-spreading agent for sterilization and deinsectization, which comprises 20 to 30 parts by weight of a natural oil, 10 to 50 parts by weight of propylene glycol, 40 to 60 parts by weight of water, and 2.5 to 4 parts by weight of a surfactant. The mist-spreading agent according to the present invention includes natural oil and propylene glycol, can achieve excellent sterilization and deinsectization effects even when introduced into equipment with low spray pressure, and to minimize the occurrence of secondary pollution to be effectively utilized for crop control.
