The present invention relates to a method for providing basic information and a diagnostic kit for early diagnosis of stable angina pectoris and acute myocardial infarction disease by simple blood test and check of clinical indicators. The method of the present invention assorts the clinical indicators which affect the progression and development of a disease and a fact of whether a patient has taken medicines to grasp an overall level change in body of metabolome having different metabolic pathways and clinical indicators by analyzing multivariate analysis and to apply analysis results to a single diagnostic platform, thereby distinguishing the stable angina pectoris from the acute myocardial infarction disease, which have been impossible to diagnose compared with existing diagnostic methods, and diagnosing the stable angina pectoris and the acute myocardial infarction disease.
