Provided is a method for forming a microstructure in which irregular microscale plateaus are laminated on an aluminum alloy substrate, producing nanoscale metal oxide structure on top thereof, and forming a superhydrophobic surface by coating the same with hydrophobic polysiloxane. The method includes a step of coating polysiloxane through a simple evaporation method after combination of chemical etching and hot water treatment. After the coating, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the surface may exhibit superhydrophobicity with a water contact angle of 161 degrees and a sliding angle of 4 degrees.
