Dried Salmon Slice Using Salmon Caught in a River and Method for Manufacturing the Same

The present invention relates to a method for producing dried salmon slices by using river salmon captured for artificial insemination after collecting roe and fertilizing the roe; and to the dried salmon slices produced by the method. The dried salmon slices of the present invention recycles river salmon which has lower value after collecting roe and fertilizing the roe and creates high added value, thereby efficiently recycling resources; and the dried salmon slices can be vacuum-packed in a sliced and dried jerky form, and thus can be stored for a long time and be easily accessible.
