A manufacturing method of a Ti-Al-Nb-Fe-based alloy comprises: (a) a step of heat-treating a Ti-Al-Nb-Fe-based alloy with an Al content of 42% or lower at a temperature of 1,300-1,350°C for 30-240 minutes; and (b) a step of cooling the Ti-Al-Nb-Fe-based alloy heat-treated in step (a) at a cooling rate of 1-20°C/minute. The manufacturing method of a Ti-Al-Nb-Fe-based alloy can manufacture a Ti-Al-Nb-Fe-based alloy with improved fracture toughness and creep resistance by forming a two-phase lamella structure of an α_2 phase and a γ phase in an alloy by a step cooling solid solution heat treatment method of heat-treating a beta-gamma Ti-Al-Nb-Fe-based alloy including an atomic ratio of 42% or lower of aluminum at a specific temperature and cooling the alloy at a specific temperature or introducing a different cooling rate for each phase transformation section to cool the alloy.
