N-4-1---26--- Racemization method of enantiomers of N-4-1-aminoethyl-26-difluoro-phenyl- methanesulfonamide

The present specification discloses a method which is capable of converting S type enantiomers remained after selectively separating R type enantiomers included in racemates (R/S=1/1) of N-[4-(1-aminoethyl)-2,6-difluoro-phenyl]-methanesulfonamide into the racemates (R/S=1/1) of N-[4-(1-aminoethyl)-2,6-difluoro-phenyl]-methanesulfonamide again through racemization. According to the present invention, the method is economical by enabling the S type enantiomers which have conventionally been discarded to be recycled, and can racemize the S type enantiomers without contamination caused by material change at a high yield compared to an existing recycling technology.
