Disclosed is a system for calculating an appropriate stock price of an unlisted company which can objectively and scientifically measure appropriate stock prices and potential of unlisted companies traded in an unlisted securities market. According to the present invention, the system for calculating an appropriate stock price of an unlisted company comprises: a raw data acquisition unit to acquire raw data related to unlisted companies, listed companies, and markets to which the unlisted companies and the listed companies belong from a server; a usage data calculation unit to use the raw data to calculate usage data required to measure a similarity between a specific unlisted company and the listed companies; a similar listed company deriving unit to derive a similar listed company most similar to the specific unlisted company based on the usage data; and an appropriate stock price calculation unit to combine an index of the similar listed company and an index of the specific unlisted company to calculate an appropriate price of a stock of the specific unlisted company.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
