According to one aspect of the present invention, disclosed is a method for producing a doped graphene quantum dot. The method for producing the doped graphene quantum dot comprises the following steps: preparing a mixture containing norepinephrine and a solvent; and carrying out a solvothermal reaction using the mixture. The produced doped graphene quantum dot ensures enhanced optical properties.
