New Biomarker for Diagnosis of Vitiligo Susceptibility and method for predicting assessment using the same

The present invention relates to a biomarker capable of predicting occurrence of vitiligo and a prediction evaluation method using the same. The present invention has an effect of increasing treatment efficiency of vitiligo by early diagnosis and treatment of vitiligo in a simple and quick manner. Further, the present invention can be usefully used to predict the occurrence of vitiligo in cosmetic components or products. The method comprises the steps of: collecting a skin sample from a patient with suspected vitiligo; separating epidermis from the collected sample; culturing keratinocytes from the separated epidermis; and measuring Nrf2 protein expression level of the cultured keratinocytes and comparing the expression level of Nrf2 protein in the keratinocytes of a control group.
