The present invention relates to a sport marketing electronic map for foreign tourists and, more particularly, to a system for operating a sports-based tourism marketing electronic map, which updates information for a limited period of time from 12 months before the opening date of the Pyeongchang Winter Olympic Games to the holding period by selecting three kinds of themes for each sentiment through user analysis. In particular, a map translation system, a VR experience system and a content list for three kinds of themes around a stadium are provided to induce interest of users in a specific group of foreigners, thereby allowing users to plan more beneficial sports tourism and regional economic development.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
