An object of the present invention is to provide a customized mediation service method between a matching applicant and a matching subject using a dual comparative psychology diagnosis method. The present invention comprises the steps, performed at a customized mediating server, of: registering members by inputting member registration information including an ID, a password and member classification information to a customized mediating service website from a matching applicant and a matching subject through a web server to a user terminal; selecting a matching desired field or an interest query of the matching applicant and matching subject joined through the web server; testing a psychological preference factor of the matching desired field or the interest query through a questionnaire response from the matching applicant who has registered through the web server in a created dual comparative question (psychological diagnosis) method; evaluating the psychological preference factor of the tested matching desired field or interest query using a created calculation formula through an evaluation unit; storing the evaluated psychological preference factor of the matching desired field or interest query of the matching applicant and the matching subject in a memory unit; selecting the matching subject by the matching applicant through the web server; paying a service fee through a payment unit by the matching applicant and matching subject who have got the test of the psychological preference factor; analyzing the psychological preference factor evaluation information of the matching applicant and the selected matching subject through an analysis unit to check a matching resu selecting another matching subject by the matching applicant through the web server; and guiding the matching result of the matching applicant and the selected matching subject through a notification unit and guiding a response result from another party.
