The present invention relates to a system for performing exchange application between patent firms of each country in international patent application, and a method for the same. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, an internet website intermediating information of patent exchange is formed. The website comprises: an information input unit inputting information on a new outgoing patent; and an information request unit arranging the information which is input. The information input unit is a place in which a patent firm having the new outgoing application patent hoping for an exchange patent inputs required information. The information request unit is a place in which the other patent firms having the new outgoing application patent hoping for the exchange patent reads the information which is input and requests detailed information. According to the largest property of the present invention, the present invention has a concept of coinciding with dealing time on the patent exchange and coinciding with the number of the exchange patents.
