Disclosed are a method and a device for optimizing a time dependent chromosome by using a genetic algorithm. The method for optimizing a time dependent chromosome by using a genetic algorithm comprises a step of extracting at least one sample from all samples which correspond to the entire search area of an n^th chromosome of N chromosomes arranged based on time (n is an integer less than or equal to N); a step of performing a telomere removing process which selects a predetermined search area of the entire search area of the n^th chromosome based on a first fit of at least one sample and removes the remaining search area; a step of generating an initial solution group having the selected search area depending on the telomere removing process; and a step of extracting the optimized n^th chromosome by applying a genetic algorithm to initial solutions included in the initial solution group.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
