Disclosed are a seismic retrofit PC wall panel for an RC frame, a manufacturing method thereof, and a construction method of the seismic retrofit structure of the RC frame using the PC wall panel. The seismic retrofit PC wall panel which is installed in an opened space of the RC frame having RC columns and beams includes a vertical part which comes into contact with the side of the opened space of the RC frame, and the vertical part is formed with a plurality of engaging holes for receiving an anchor member which is fixed to the RC column. Since the PC wall panel is directly fixed to the RC frame by the anchor member inserted to the engaging holes, it is possible to easily retrofit the existing RC frame.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
