Device and Method on Making Highly Related Patent Set from Input Patent Set Based on Machine Learning Methodology Using Artificial Intelligence Technology

The present invention relates to a method for generating a patent set highly related with a machine learning-based input patent to which artificial intelligence technology is applied, and an apparatus thereof. The method comprises: (A) a step in which a computer device determines a patent set to be processed; (B) a step in which the computer device (B1) extracts relevant patents for each patent of the patent set to be processed, and generates a relevant candidate patent set; (C) a step in which the computer device (C1) assigns different attribute values to the patents of the patent set to be processed and patents of a comparison patent set, and (C2) generates at least one machine learning-based classification model; and (D) a step in which the computer device generates a classification model value for each patent of the relevant candidate patent set, and (D2) generates a relevant patent set. The present invention can be used to effectively discover patents highly related with a given patent set.
