The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing aramid fibrids, comprising a water inlet, a polymer solution inlet, a disc assembly, a rotating sawtooth disc, a cone-type milling device, an outlet, and a raw material filling space. The water inlet passes through the raw material filling space to be connected to the rotating sawtooth disc; the disc assembly is formed by discs in the shapes of a cylindrical column and a disc; and on the discs, a plurality of radial slits in the shape of nozzles 0.1-2 mm high and 5-10 mm wide are formed away from the cylindrical column by fixed distance and interval. Water passes through the inside of the cylindrical column, and an aramid resin solution passes through the slits, wherein the aramid resin solution contains a coagulating solution and an aramid solution in a weight ratio of 30 : 2-3, and the aramid solution is introduced in the polymer solution inlet at a rate of 6.5-7.5 kg/hr to be temporarily stored in the raw material filling space. The rotating sawtooth disc rotates at a rate of 5,000-15,000 rpm to apply a uniform shear stress to aramid fibrids being discharged from the plurality of radial slits while cutting the aramid fibrids in a uniform size, wherein the fibrid fibers manufactured thereby are characterized by having a width of 34.0-36.2 μm.
