The present invention relates to a medium for selective enrichment of listeria monocytogenes. By using the medium according to the present invention, only listeria monocytogenes, which is the only pathogenic strain having infectivity against humans among Listeria species, can be selectively enriched, and thus the Listeria monocytogenes can be effectively used in a pre-incubation step before detection.
